i was doing some research and noticed INAC has now been changed to AANDC.

what this does is elliminate any court hearing or procedures , laws or statues under INAC. for those of you that don't know why getting rid of The Indian Act was so not right. Yes the indian act was racist yet the gov't was held liable under the act in on itself. Now that the Indian is now eliminated Injuns now no longer exist but Aboriginal which under "canadian law" cause of 1981 www.duhaime.org/LawMuseum/CanadianLegalHistory/LawArticle-583/1981-Charter-of-Rights-and-Freedoms.aspx becomes fully forcible under canadian law even to the injun. because injuns no longer exist. even the statue cards that show...

will be changed over to state instead of INAC will state in the near future AADNC.
court injunctions need to be filed asap. under the statue of limitation guide lines. to counter abrogated from the original or "aboriginal" as all know it as.
